VESTRA Resources, Inc. announced November 2016 that it has been awarded the contract for the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Program Services by the City of Elk Grove, California. VESTRA Resources, Inc., teaming with Fremont Environmental Consulting (FEC), located in Folsom, California, will assist the City by leading and guiding them in leveraging their GIS more effectively through their GIS Program Services.
